What’s Cookin’ with Santa Barbara Newcomers?

Recently, I had the privilege of being the featured chef for the Santa Barbara Newcomer’s Club monthly “What’s Cookin’ ” event. I met some terrific people, and had the opportunity to demonstrate a few favorite summer dishes.

And I’m thrilled to provide this article “Chef’s for a Night,” penned by a member of the Santa Barbara Newcomers Club and includes the receipe for the Green Salad with Individual Goat Cheese Soufflés we prepared. What a great evening of food and friendship.

On the Menu:
  • Heirloom Tomato Tart, Melon and Serrano Ham with Arugula, and  Smoked Paprika Vinaigrette
  • Pork Tenderloin with Fresh Cherry Sauce
  • Grilled Apricots and Fennel Salad
